Commercial mortgages are generally available at around 70% loan to value (LTV) but higher amounts are still available in certain circumstances. Funds are available for owner occupied and investment purposes, for purchases and to re-bank. Rates are available at margins from around 2.5%. above current base rate or LIBOR.
